在我国文化建设已经取得伟大成就的基础上，《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十五个五年规划的建议》从多个方面进一步对“激发全民族文化创新创造活力，繁荣发展社会主义文化”作出重要部署。要担负起新的文化建设重任，就要深刻认识新时代文化建设成就和“十五五”时期面临的机遇与挑战，确保沿着正确方向和道路发展新时代中国特色社会主义文化，积极主动激发全民族文化创新创造活力，以理论武装为抓手大力弘扬和践行社会主义核心价值观，大力繁荣文化事业和加快发展文化产业，以持续增强国际传播能力提升中华文明传播力影响力等。并且，只有统筹谋划、整体部署、协同推进上述方面，才能真正担负起新时代的文化使命，切实推动社会文明程度明显提升，更好以文化现代化推进中国式现代化。

On the basis of the great achievements China has already made,several major programs of “inspiring the cultural creativity of our entire nation and fostering a thriving socialist culture” will be implemented guided by the Recommendations of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China for Formulating the 15 th Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development. To effectively implement the significant responsibility of advancing cultural development,it is essential to gain a deep understanding of both the achievements in cultural development in the new era and the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead during the period of the 15 th Five-Year Plan,to ensure the development of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics for the new era in the correct direction and along the right path. We must proactively inspire the cultural creativity of the entire nation. By strengthening theoretical foundations as a key focus,we will vigorously promote and practice the core socialist values. Efforts should be made to vigorously develop cultural programs and accelerate the growth of the cultural industry. By doing so,we'll continuously strengthen international communication capacity to extend the reach and appeal of Chinese civilization. Furthermore,only through overall planning,holistic deployment and coordinated advancement of the aforementioned aspects,can we genuinely fulfill the cultural mission of the new era,effectively promote significant social progress,and better advance Chinese modernization via cultural modernization.
